Shipments to non-European Union countries may be liable for custom taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office. ITL STUDIO is committed to taking care of all the required paperwork in order for the parcel to clear customs.
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address before checkout. If you have put the wrong address, please contact us ASAP via email before the shipment is made. However, if a tracking number has already been issued, a ‘return to sender’ fee and further postage fee will be charged.
If an order is cancelled after a tracking number is issued, a refund will be issued, minus the delivery fee applicable for shipping your order.
All orders, except the personalized ones, are prepared within 3-5 working days after the order confirmation date.
