Order
Do you offer gift wrapping?

We include more than one item per ITL STUDIO box. If you want to receive each item packaged individually in a gift box, please add a note at the checkout page.

Moreover, you can add a personalized message which will be sent with a card. 

What warranty is offered with your products?

All our products come with a month’s warranty from the date of your order’s delivery. The warranty is valid against any defects in our materials and/or workmanship.

This warranty does not include insurance against physical or accidental wear and/or damage. To maintain your jewelry in perfect condition, check our jewellery care guide.

To benefit from our warranty, get in touch with us by email and we will be happy to help.

Modification or Cancellation

Once your order is validated, we are unable to modify or cancel it. But in case you change your mind, we give you 14 days after purchase to return your products and obtain a refund. Please check terms and conditions for the rights of withdraw.

Payments
What payment methods do you accept?

Payment for purchases is carried out via the secure platform of Stripe. We offers payment by Credit Card or Debit Visa Card. When the order is finalized, ITL STUDIO will confirm payment by sending the Customer a summary email.

What currency are your products listed in?

The prices displayed on the Website are expressed in euros, including all taxes. The costs of packaging, processing of the order, and carriage are indicated before confirmation of the order.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Our refunds are made up to 14 days from the moment your return has been processed by your dedicated ITL STUDIO. If you have any questions, send us a little message.

Returns
In which cases can I return an item?
What item can Not be returned?

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for pierced earrings, personalized items and all sale items purchased, including sample sale pieces, are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return. 

How do I make a return?

To make a return, please complete the withdraw form found at the bottom of our terms and conditions. Your request will be accepted asap.

Postage will be at the buyer’s expense. We recommend using trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages, the return will not be processed.
